GoldFax was chosen by Avis because they needed a fax software solution that was able to use automatic routing functions to email the fax to the correct contact based on which remote office location was sending the fax. Additionally, it had to be a solution that was easy to use and did not require training by remote branch staff. Avis also selected GoldFax because we were very responsive to their needs and they felt the extra lengths we went to win their business was in line with their own company motto.


GoldFax has the capability to integrate with many different kinds of applications, and hardware devices such as printers and multi-function devices. EDS chose GoldFax because of this flexibility and because with high volumes of faxing, GoldFax scales better and out performs every other fax software. Our fax image rendering and processing takes place at the server which makes the end-user experience from the desktop extremely fast and easy so they can get on with other activities while the fax is being sent in the background.
