Email to FAX

Exchange Gateway

The GoldFax Gateway for Microsoft Exchange option provides Exchange and Outlook client users the ability to send faxes directly from e-mail.  Fax services work just like e-mail; there are no new keystrokes or commands to learn.

For Outlook users, GoldFax uses fax numbers already listed in their Contacts entries. Exchange and Outlook users can also create GoldFax Address Book entries, which they can then select just as they do e-mail addressees.

Or, for quick ad hoc faxes, a GFAX addressing string can be entered directly into the message "To" field for those recipients whose information doesn't need to be saved.

GoldFax Advantage #1
Simplicity
GoldFax is built to be easily installed, deployed and used. Our technology is advanced with robust capabilities, yet the installation process is quick and easy, and we make the user interface seamless.

GoldFax is very easy for your users to understand and is transparent to everyone since all they do is select a GoldFax "printer" from the print dialogue box, fill out the fax number and press print. After that instant, the fax sent to the server for processing and the user can go back to work.

Many of our competitors have products that are complex to install, deploy and use, and that often require several days of consultant installation time.
