While GoldFax is easy to use we recognise that from
time to time our customers need a helping hand. We believe strongly
in providing excellent customer service and have developed a help
desk process that insures every customer gets the best support we
have to offer. Please submit your support request as defined below:
GoldFax support is provided via telephone, WebEx,
and e-mail. All support submissions are dealt with promptly and
logged in our support tracking system. To insure that we can employ
the appropriate resources to handle your support needs, please submit
your initial support request via e-mail.
Upon receipt of your support request, we will assign your request to a support representative and reply back with your tracking code and support representative's direct contact information. We will not close your support request until your issue has been resolved.

GoldFax is built to be easily installed, deployed and used. Our technology

from the print dialogue box, fill out the fax number and press print.
After that instant, the fax sent to the server for processing and the
